Canflon® PTFE Coated Glass Tapes with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive
Woven glass fabric coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and silicone pressure sensitive adhesive which provides an excellent release surface for a diversity of industrial applications requiring high temperature, electrical resistance, mechanical strength, fire retardancy and cost effectiveness.

These products are produced with either a silicone or acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive system. The silicone adhesive coated products have a continuous operating temperature range between -70°C and +260°C while the acrylic adhesive coated products provides high initial tack, enhanced solvent resistance and a continuous service temperature range of -40°C to +170°C.

Textured PVC yellow liner is applied to the silicone adhesive surface and smooth HDPE blue liner is applied to the acrylic adhesive surface for easy application.

Canflon® Silicone PSA products can be supplied as roll or tape. Our lathe-slitting machine is able to precise cutting of self-adhesive products from 10mm to 300mm.

Standard length of roll or tape is 30 meters, (from 10mm to 300mm). Upon special request 50 meters rolls are available, self-wound rolls are available (without liner).
 
Canflon® Skived PTFE Films & Tapes with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive
We produce skived PTFE films with silicone and acrylic PSA system.
     
Standard width : 1000 mm.
Thickness : 3 mil,  5mil and 10 mil.
Release liners : Yellow textured PVC liner for silicone PSA.
Blue smooth PE for acrylic PSA.
 
Canflon® Silicone Rubber Coated Glass Cloth Tape
This is a hi-friction tape. Woven glass fabric one side coated with silicone rubber, another side with high temperature silicone adhesive and textured PVC yellow liner is applied to the silicone adhesive surface.

Main application is to cover drive rollers of the dryers that use PTFE coated mesh belts in Textile and Printing industry. Because, if the drive roller is inside of the dryer, conventional rubber covering tapes can not be use because of high temperature.

Advantages : Prevents sliding of PTFE coated open-mesh belts during running. Supply constant belt speed. Easy apply – because it’s self adhesive. Temperature resistant till to +230°C.

Standard width : 50 mm.
Standard rolls : 33 meters.
 
Canflon® Glass Cloth Tape with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

This is a pressure sensitive tape made of tightly woven glass cloth and high temperature silicone adhesive or acrylic adhesive. The glass cloth has superior mechanical, thermal properties and excellent abrasion resistance.

Canflon® UHMW Tape with Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

Canflon® tape is ultra high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene film with acrylic adhesive one side. The UHMW film has non-stick , excellent low friction surface which is very similar to PTFE. Other properties of the film ; very high tensile strength and excellent abrasion resistant.

Some applications : Guide rails, chute liners, wear pads and anti-squeak tape for automotive applications.

Smooth HDPE blue liner is applied to the acrylic adhesive surface for easy application.
 
Canflon® Zone Tapes

Canflon® Zone Tapes are specifically designed to withstand temperatures. The center or zone can be made with any of our Canflon® Fabrics, from 3 to 14 Mils in nearly any width.

Center zone is operational from -40°F to +500°F. Low friction surface. Excellent release properties.
